Music was very important to Tom Sandberg and together with some of the country's leading musicians, the large retrospective exhibition is brought to life through a circus of different musical expressions. Tom Sandberg uncaged will consist of a myriad of short concerts that are performed continuously throughout the day in different places in the art center, such as the Great Hall, Studio, Labben and the vestibule - and perhaps more places where you least expect it. Up to 80 musicians will be involved, with a program inspired by Sandberg's motifs.

The audience can come and go as they please, and follow the sound.
